Personal Training Places SA is the realization of an idea of Michael Minoudis, after his 30-year successful career in the field of gymnastics and athletics.

 

P.T.P. (Personal Training Places) are the ultimate training places, not only for the knowledgeable and initiated in gymnastics, but also for those who need to raise their quality of life to a higher level.

Everyone, in their efforts to approach and realize their goals for a better appearance, ignores the most important safety rules and can put themselves at risk of any injuries that take them away from their desired outcome.

 

At P.T.P. we have the ability to discover, predict and safely treat any form of neuromusculoskeletal sensitivity.

RESULTS

The results are the product of measurements, correct evaluation of the measurements for the creation of training programs, correct monitoring, execution and evolution of the programs, based on personal characteristics and goals of the trainees.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The science of fitness can improve and prolong life, but also relieve or even cure any acquired or sexual problems. And because the uniqueness of each individual is undeniable, personal and individualized training to maximize results becomes necessary.

Our approach to training emphasizes the need for balance in life. Not all of us are high-level athletes who can spend most of our day in the gym and accurately count the calories we consume. But we cannot neglect the need to move because of a sedentary lifestyle.

For this we have developed a comprehensive training system that balances your current lifestyle with the need for exercise. Most of our clients are regulars with goals ranging from improving their endurance, participating in a sporting activity, losing weight, and improving their quality of life through rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and treatment of chronic conditions.

We organize training programs based on the individual needs of the trainee through a comprehensive series of measurements and assessments, based on their goals and ability.
